3. Annual Plans Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions are a prepayment for a one-year billing period, designed to provide enhanced affordability and value, offering two months free of charge as part of the package.

Refund Eligibility: Advertisers of our annual subscription plans can request a refund within the first 7 days from the commencement date of their subscription.

  1. Full Refund Scenario: A full refund will be issued if, within the first month of the annual plan, the user has raised a request within the first 7 days.
